Thanks for the advice, yes I have to do something as I feel
very flat and a bit depressed at the moment, can't cope with
very much. Not sure what is going on.

Taking a break is the first thing. Also I am not
sure if you are very s scenitive to the light which could be
a cause. I have a bad eye disease with my corneas warped and
the light gives me bad headaches too. So Also ask a eye care
professional and a Nero. doc. for some advice which would be
best.
