I hAD A good lawer half way r=through the process ssi changed there deceishion and ruled that I was elegable for ssi disability and they said more then likley they would still have to pay the lawer out of my check and I was thinking well it isnt right but o well well he got the letter called me up and was like well I am not cjaraging for the services since we didn't make it to course before ssi change there mind and he didnt

I know I have commented on this before, but I want to clear this up
again. Any lawyer approved by the ss administration as a ss lawyer CAN
NOT charge you a fee unless you win. If you do win the fee is taken
directly out of your lump sum payment and paid to them directly. Any
lawyer who requires you to pay them anything out of pocket for ssdi
representative is not an approved ss lawyer.
