[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Stir Fry - No Nutrition Info Given

 

STIR FRIED CHICKEN
2 chicken breasts
3T soy sauce (low sodium)
1 clove garlic
1 c. fresh mushrooms (optional)
2/3 C. Water
1t. Chicken Bouillon
1/4 C. chopped onion
1 t Worcestershire sauce
Fresh or Frozen Veggies

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Add water, onion, soy sauce, bouillon,
Worcestershire, garlic, salt and pepper to chicken in a plastic baggie. Marinate
at least three, but not more than 24 hours. Brown chicken, add veggies and
marinade. cook till veggies are tender.
