Re: [epilepsy] Re: pop awake? still happening

 

Hi Kim,

Talk to your doctor about how you wake up suddenly. It may not be related to epilepsy. Maybe it is related to your depression and will get better with the new meds that you are taking. I take a lot of different meds and I wake suddenly at times. I think that I am usually feeling anxious about something when it happens. It may not be anything to worry about and may go away on it's own. Take care.
