[fast5] Re: breath

Its very typical of fasting to have some bad breath until all the toxins come out of your body. You will eventually wake up with sweet smelling breath and a clean, pink tongue. Basically all the years of built of eating and taking of medicines sometimes get stored in your body reserves. So that sickness you may have treated with antibiotics years ago may have stored in some cells and now is releasing its toxins in your breath. Or it can be bad foods you have eaten but ultimately it is something stored in your fat cells. You can really gauge your health when your breath doesn't smell and you wake up with a fresh mouth without the use of brushing. I know it may seem embarrassing but at least you know your body is ridding itself of potentially bad stuff. I recommend drinking green tea (the Chinese use it as a palate cleanser) or chewing on a cinnamon stick (which also has health benefits).
