[fast5] Re: 5th Day.....starving again....

 

I notice I still go back and forth on whether I am hungry earlier or later.
I am able to tough it out until 5 pm most of the time, but sometimes I just start my eating window early. So I start eating at 3 or 4, with the intention of stopping 5 hours later. Sometimes I keep to 5 hours and sometimes I end up stopping 6 or 7 hours later. I don't beat myself up about it. Though my weigh loss has hit a plateau.

I am thinking that if I stick with the 5 hour window more strictly I could loose more weight.
