Hi Millie

Maybe 'no mail' means good days...we could always think of it that way. Everyone is out and having a good day
and taking advantage of it. There are days when there are more and days when there are less. I find that
too. Lots of days I don't write either, I call it a 'me' day. One of those days I just relax and do things
specially for me. All helps us in the end then we can come back and let others know of what worked good for
the 'me'.

I usually get between 10 - 40 messages a day from the Yahoo Epilepsy Group. Today I got none.
