[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: Stir-Fried Shrimp With Snow Peas and Carrots - 16 g carbs

 

This recipe is from:

The Snow Peas and Carrots are not listed in the ingredients listing but are described in the instructions as to how to cook... unfortunately no amount is shown anywhere. An oversight on the original listing of the recipe on the above site.

Just figure out how much one serving of each veggie is and then multiply that by the number of servings you are using.
