I sort of know the feeling. While I am not blind, I am isolated. I do
have friends, but I don't go out to parties. Because I have seen how
people that don't know me, react to me, when I have had a seizure in the
past. I have also seen the reaction of loved ones'(ex-wife), who choose
to ignore the existence of my Epilepsy by doing nothing to help me, when
I had a seizure in front of them. Then the worst, being told by a
parent, that I was never officially diagnosed with Epilepsy. The parent
would probably deny that they ever said anything like that.

I also know what it is like to be picked on.
