Avocado Cilantro Bagel Spread - 20.1g Carbs, 13.8g Fiber, 2.5g Sugar

{Okay, you might want to get creative and use something other than a bagel! Enjoy, Gloria}

Appetizers, Breakfast, Snacks

1 ripe fresh California avocado
1 oz goat cheese
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 Tbsp chopped cilantro
1/8 tsp black pepper
Dash cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice

Combine avocado with goat cheese and mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Adjust salt to taste. Let stand for 1 hour at room temperature to let flavors blend. Garnish with fresh lime slices and a sprig of cilantro.
