Broccoli Cauliflower Salad - 12.9g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 2.4g Sugar

1 bunch broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 green pepper, chopped
6 bacon strips, cooked & crumbled
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 Tbsp onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sugar

Soak broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water to cover, 10 minutes;
drain well. Chill.

Toss vegetables with green pepper, bacon, cheese and onion.

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and sugar. Toss dressing with vegetables.
Serve immediately.
