[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: Recipe question

 

I love spinach dips, but how do eat it and not blow your caloric budget? It's not very filling.

I mean how do you skip a meal and eat this instead?

Donna and others interested,

If you do an "Advanced" Search from past messages posted you will get a list of recipes posted for "Spinach Artichoke Dip". Most with less carbs than this one. There is one from The South Beach Diet also.
