Separation of peanut butter is not unusual, but before you eat any, please check it against the many types of Sunland peanut butter that have been recalled:

Subject: [Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Peanut Butter
I opened a jar of *Sunland* brand Peanut Butter and found the product to be
excessively oily. I tasted it and found the it not of my liking. I am not
sure if it is just me, so I want to get others opinions about the oily
nature (oil floating on top).
