[epilepsy] Re: Discrimination lawsuit

5 years ago I was a party chef for a catering co. in IL.  I had worked for them for 10 years and all of a sudden my average weekly hours dropped from 35-50 down to 15-25.  When I spoke to the owner he actually told me that he was getting health insurance for the employees and his rates would be much higher if he had an epileptic employee on the plan, so he had to drop my hours so that I wouldn't qualify.  I was so shocked and upset, that I left the company and never took him to court like I should have.  I can be listed as having read your statement for your federal lawsuit.
