  Spinach Balls

    20            ounces  frozen chopped spinach -- thawed
    6                     eggs
    1             medium  onion -- minced
       1/2           cup  butter -- (1 stick) melted
       1/2           cup  grated Parmesan cheese
    1         tablespoon  garlic salt
       2/3      teaspoon  dried thyme
    2               cups  bread crumbs
  
  Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well. When cool enough to
  handle, squeeze dry.
  
  Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Mix in cooked spinach, minced onions,
  butter, cheese, garlic salt, and thyme.
  
  Add bread crumbs to mixture.
  
  Form mixture into small balls, approximately 48 of them. Place on greased
  baking sheet.
  
  Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes
  
  Makes 48 balls
