No mathew, not all subways are bad. I also have a ad and visited many subways. I live in Lewisville, tx when I finally had a horrible experience 2 yrs ago at a subway. I did everything Jewl did, the attorney general, corp office and the Bbb. Nothing much came of it and my attorney wrote a letter. After a few months I had to drop it , as my daughter got very ill and needed my attention. I still go to other subways in the area, but not that one. I didn't even get offered a free meal. Next time it happens, I will leave as Jewl suggested, and file criminal charges too.
