Did U try to talk with them and explain that you need to feel fulfilled and if someone can be your backup but when u are there, the job duties are yours?

Hello everyone,

I know I don't express myself very much, but I need to talk to my friends. My job at my family business has been limited due to the
fact of my ability. Knowing of my situation they limited my duties I
use to do. Now, they have given my duties to someone else. Sometimes
I have to take a few days or maybe a week due to my seizures. I am so
distraught that I am trying to take this in acceptance. Thank you all
for letting me vent.
