Hi, I've been lurking for a few weeks, and experimenting with the
fasting, reducing gradually from an 8 hour lunch-and-supper window,
falling off the wagon, and now back on over the weekend. The great part
is that my husband agreed to try this also
We're in our early 50s. I'm at 180 lbs when I should be about 135, and
hubby is 300 where he should be 185-200. We really need to get moving!
Since we get up at 430, and eat an early supper, we set our eating
window from 2-7 pm. Ive found that this has eliminated many stomach
problems, especially late night reflux. We sleep better. I've been
breaking my fast with fruit and a little yoghurt or cheese, then eating
a healthy veg and protien supper. This method gives hubby liscence to
get into his icecream , within the window, and it keeps me from getting
into junkfood at the snackshop where I work as cashier.

Off to walk for a mile, will put in 2 miles later to and from work
