From: type2diabetes.com - By Hannah Noonan
This is one of my simple go to recipes for when I need a dip to serve to guests in a flash! I generally have all the ingredients in my house which makes it super easy to whip up in a just a few minutes.
It also works really well as a salad dressing or add a dollop to a serving of roast vegetables, plus its gluten free and dairy free.
Makes: about 3/4 cup
Serves: 6
Serving Size: 2 Tbsp
100g/3.5oz tinned salmon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp chives
