RE: [epilepsy] Re: Anxiety attacks

Tammy,

This is what was weird about what I described. Normally I have no idea I'm having (or about to have) a CP seizure. But I knew all this was happening. I have CP seizures that are continuous over several hours, and some that start and stop over several hours (often days). Other times it's a single event. So variable, but tend to cluster stongly.

I have complex partial seizures, but I have a friend who has panic attacks. She gets to where she can't talk and barely can breath. I had to get her something to drink one day when we were out shopping. We both seem to have them when we are stressed out. She knows what she is doing when she has them. I know when I am going to have a seizure, but I don't know what happens after it starts. After she gets her breathing back under control she is okay. I don't know if this will help you much or not, but it is about all I know about them.
