Hi Vee
Personally, I don't count calories. I am fairly new though -- just going a few weeks. (Some do count calories -- I don't want to unless I have to!)
F-5 is the sort of plan you need to tailor to your own needs, and I'm still experimenting myself. One day I might open with a small break-fast, then have a 'main meal' a few hours later, then a snack and a drink of some sort just before my window closes. Today, I had a good meal (fish & veges & a low-fat dessert), and having a long gap, then will eat again half an hour before my window closes -- in effect two meals in the five hours.
See what works and don't stress about it too much. You will soon learn what suits you, and how much to eat in order to stave off hunger. You might like to also try a slightly later window so you don't feel hungry when you are going to bed.
Best

Hi all,
I am a newbie and I am from India. I am just 2 days in the diet and feeling good about it. I just wanted to know , how much calories is too much during the feeding window? I have a 2-7 PM window and I am sometimes hungry 2 hours after my window closes. Which makes me wonder I am not eating enough during the window , hence the question. Please help!
Cheers,
Vee
