Cajun Kale - 7.3g Carbs, 1.4g Fiber, 0g Sugar

1 (10 oz pkg) chopped fresh kale
1/4 cup chopped ham
1/2 cup water
1 Tbsp creole seasoning
Lemon juice
Salt
Ground black pepper

In a large, deep skillet, combine the kale, ham, and water. Cover and
cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 15 minutes, or until
the kale is tender. Stir in the Creole seasoning. Season to taste with
lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Serves: 4
