Hi Susan, About every 2 years or so that happens to me. Now I know that's
when I need to see my eye doctor for stronger reading glasses.

WHen I try to do puzzles my head kills and I get serious migraines where I
can't lift my head. The same with being on the computer for a long time or
reading for over an hour

Susan,

There is nothing to be ashamed of because we have EP.
A lot of very important people had EP. I may be a bit slower
but I figure that is because of my meds.

Do things that use your brain -- like games on the computer.
crossword puzzles, etc. Every nite I play at least one game of
Solitaire and Text Twist on the computer. Text Twist comes
up with scrambled letters and you make a lot of words from
the letters.

For some reason....I feel ashamed, mostly because I can't drive, think as
quickly or concentrate as long. I am thankful that I am not on disability
yet.
