My seizures are generally like that. I rarely black out completely. I usually know exactly what's going on, although I can't communicate for a few minutes. The doctors all want to put me on medication, but I have declined, since I have seizures so infrequently. I am actually coming up on three years without a full-blown seizure. I attribute that to the fact that I quit using any artificial sweeteners after my last one. Up until that time, I had one or two seizures a year over a 10-year period.

Just a friendly reminder: Please remember to sign your post and remember to clean up messages when you reply to them. This is especially important if you are on digest. This not only helps out the list owner but, it makes messages much easier to read when they arrive in our inboxes.
