[fast5] Re: Breaking the plateau

Good points, as usual Heather. Still have no hunger and I've managed to drop over five pounds in the last three weeks or so. Tonight I broke the fast with kimchi and two hard boiled eggs. Later I had a big salad with greens, onions, green peppers, 2 eggs, olive oil, grape tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, one avacado, salsa, and walnuts. Just had a can of sardines and in an hour or so, I'll have a packet of almonds. Curious to see just how long this can go on... ;)
