Does your body automatically try to nap during the day then? If it does, then that sounds like it might be your only option right now is to plan things so you can at least take advantage of some nap time if that is a possibility.....

For your long term health it matters more than with just weight loss. A lot of restorative things happen during sleep

I just wish I had an option to get more sleep, but I don't.  Trust me, I'd love to get 8 hours a night. But working full time til 2 am and then having to be up at 7 to get my son to preschool doesn't allow for it.
