Yepper I am going to make it this time. I am 182 Size 16 XL shirts
I would like to be about 140 either a size 7-8 or 9-10 Medium shirts would
be OK, small shirts better but like I said anything but what I am wearing
now.
I have a few dress's and shirts that are 12 because I had lost some last
year but gained it back when we moved to GA and had to eat southern food.
UGH!!!!! Fried everything, fried Cat Fish on Fridays, biscuits and gray
practically every Sunday. Oh the thigns they eat.
Everything is fried the only thing that goes in the oven is cornbread. I am
not kidding. Not to mention the sweets I had to make because Dad is a
sugar-holic. Like an alcoholic but addicted to sugar.
I told Michael this weekend to stop bringing home Mc Donald's every Saturday
morning, if he wanted it that is fine but not me. I made out a schedule
yesterday of what to do and eat. Take dog out, make coffee, take a walk and
not a short one. I made a list of what exercise to do every day and to
remember to get up and move during commercials. Even if all I do it bend
over or jump around something is better than nothing.
I am getting ready right now to take a morning walk and later I will take
Rocky on a longer one to play ball at the fields I found.
I had breakfast of one bisque one piece of bacon and fruit.
I even had juice to take my meds instead of Soda. That is the hard part
getting off of Coke. I "was" a three four can a day drinker.
Now I keep and open one in the fridge and sip all day to keep the caffeine
headache away. I hope to slowly get rid of that one too.
