I've been Fast5ing for about a month to balance my low blood sugar issues. Would like to lose a little weight but know my body is sort of out of whack right now and as it comes into balance will lose the weight.
 
I take herbs in the morning and mid-day and need something on my stomach or they don't stay down. So I take a teaspoon or two of cream with tea and it's fine. I don't feel like eating the rest of the day. I also use a little powdered Stevia (and I mean a little) some days.
 
Basically, you have to try a few different things and tweak the program to what fits your body, your lifestyle, your needs. (for instance: I do low carb high protein because I have a hard time with carbs. I keep the calories down to aroun 1400 a day.) I tried this a year ago because it's been very successful for my sister and brother-in-law but due to my schedule and other things it didn't work at the time. (Note: My sister didn't lose any weight for 4 months, then suddenly dropped 15 pounds! My brother-in-law who was doing it to help his kidney disease didn't lose at first either, but has lost over 45 pounds this year. . .and he's NEVER been able to lose weight)
 
Now I'm tweaking. I'm giving it time. I'm realizing that bodies need to be in balance to lose weight and that often takes time. Be patient with yourself and give Fast5 and your body time to come into balance. And don't be afraid to find out what works for YOU.
