1 lb Fresh Peeled and Washed Tomatillos
1/2 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
2-3 Cloves Peeled Garlic OR 2 tsp jarred
1 Fresh Jalapeno
1 Medium Avocado
Juice of 1 Lime
Salt, to taste
Peel tomatillos, clean, and quarter.
Add tomatillos to blender and blend to reduce.
Add cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, avocado, and lime juice to blender. Blend to preferred consistency and salt to taste.
Note: Jalapenos get spicier the older they get so plan according to your spice level. You can also remove some or all of the seeds to reduce the heat.
