Medications usually take about 2 weeks to a month to really settle into your system.

I'm truthfully not aware you should ask either your doctor, or pharmacist at your pharmacy.  I'm so sorry to not be at help in this issue but as I said with myself it's done wonders, and it's also called having a good neurologist.
