Just a personal suggestion.
I think that if we had a website and on it a link to our group....anytime people google stuff about Epilepsy, they would see our site ...possibly visit it and see the link and decide to or not to join.
I can build a free website through WIX....It can contain up to 6 pages.
Again, in my opinion, it would be nice to have a page dedicated to the cases of our group members.
I.E. Each person would do a write up indicating, first name only, age, ..how long they've suffering from epilepsy....Whether they have it under control ? How long under control ? Medications they've been on and are on.
Another page: Each of you could write up about Side Effects of medications you've experienced.
Another page: Eventful seizures which occurred to you (in reference to circumstances and places) : i.e. My son had his at the cinema the other day.
....And am sure that together we could think of what to fill the other 2 pages with. ...
Of course, it would require each of you contributing to this project by sharing many of your own stories....
...But I think that if the link to the support group would be on it and after others read all of these accounts, people could be interested to join.
