Homemade Egg Substitute - 3g Carbs, 0g Fiber

I really enjoy egg dishes, but I have to watch how many I eat. This
recipe is easy to whip up anytime plus it tastes better than prepackages
egg substitute products. I use this whenever a recipe calls for egg
substitute.
This recipe is: Quick
Servings: 1
Prep/Total Time: 5 min
2 egg whites
2 tsp nonfat dry milk powder
1 tsp canola oil
1 drop yellow food coloring
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Use as a substitute for 1 egg.
Yield: 1 serving
Nutrition per Serving:
90 Calories, 5g Fat, 0g Saturated Fat, 1mg Cholesterol, 127mg Sodium,
3g Carbs, 0g Fiber, 9g Protein
Diabetic Exchanges: 1 1/2 meat
