1 1/2 pounds ground turkey -- uncooked
1 egg white
1/4 teaspoon sage -- ground
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
1/8 teaspoon ground savory
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cooking spray
Combine turkey, egg white, sage, marjoram, thyme, summer savory, and
pepper in a bowl; stir well.
Shape mixture into 12 patties and chill at least 1 hour. If not to be used immediately, the patties should be wrapped, labeled, and stored in the freezer.
Coat a skillet with vegetable cooking spray. Place skillet over
medium-high heat until hot. Place patties in skillet; cook 5 minutes on each side or until done.
