 Quick Sweet and Sour Sauce - Vegan

      1/4           cup  apple cider vinegar
   3        tablespoons  ketchup
   3        tablespoons  pineapple juice
      1/2    tablespoon  tamari
   1              clove  garlic -- smashed
   1           teaspoon  ginger
                         black pepper -- to taste
   1         tablespoon  cornstarch
 
 Mix all the ingredients together (an immersion blender worker really well here), 
 Can also be reduced to a glaze.
 Wonderful over seitan/vegetables.
 
 Makes generous 1/2 cup
