Hot and Spicy Ginger Garlic Green Beans - 7g Carbs, 3g Fiber

Servings: 6
1 Tbsp peanut oil
1 lb Chinese long green beans or haricots vert, trimmed
6 garlic cloves, chopped
One 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 tsp crushed dried red chili peppers
1 Tbsp light soy sauce
1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat. Add green beans; cook,
stirring, for 3 minutes. Add garlic, ginger, and chili peppers; cook and
stir 2 minutes more (beans should be bright green and still crunchy).
Add soy sauce and sesame seeds; remove from heat. Toss well and serve
immediately.
