[fast5] Re: Donating blood fasted

 

i'm sure this reply is too late but for future ref and others who need to know... after donating you are usually given oj or a cookie (or both)if you look up advice online, the best i read was that you are replacing fluids and water works as well as oj. drink lots of water before and after and you should be fine
