The blood donation went perfectly! No dizziness, no problems at all. In fact, I went in fasted, gave blood, drank a bottle of water, and walked back to work and worked the rest of the day fasted. I drank lots of water and tea all day and had a big bowl of sausage chili for dinner. I will definitely do this again. Thanks to all who responded!
