Hi Tammy,
If you obey the driving law in your state. Does that mean driving in another state needing a longer peried of time mean you are driving against the law of that state? I wonder if this accured and was charged with driving without a license, even though you have a license! Has anybody even heard this? The EFA might be a place to call for the answer?
