Re: [fast5] Fast 5 new member Cheryl

All the best to you, Cheryl.
It helped me to keep an eye on the science behind what Burt is telling us; we are opportunist, grazing animals - so don't start.
Humans were always able to get thru the lean times, so not eating used to be a natural occurrence.

Do not let the food industry sell you the idea that you must eat 3 square meals a day...filled, I shall add, with loads of additives we were not designed to process.  Oh. And see how your clothes feel...not what the scales say.  It's not about weight loss per se.  Enjoy the trials and think of this as a new way of being, not a diet.

Also, you do understand that the reason it is best, more results oriented that we eat between 5pm to 10pm is so when one sleeps, one is adding the snooze time - typically from 11pm 'til 6, 7 or 8am - or roughly 7-8ish hours of  'easy time' in that it's not hard to not eat when you are sleeping! Thus your body starts to burn your stored fat when you're not eating for roughly 19 hours.
Happy days, chuk!
