It's the regular sugar I take a far less amount of and I don't eat any sweeteners: splenda, equal,.. knowing how bad they are for our health. Having my prescriptions, vitamin B, and far less sugar took me from 2 in 1 day every 3 to 1 in 1 day every 10 days. The Dr. saw all my blood test perfect cause B helps blood flow better. It's in all green veggies (avacado, spinach leafs, kale, green beans,..). I haven't eaten candy in 12 years to help my success. If I had kids, I'd be keep'n them so heathy they wouldn't know about candy. Their candy would be berries and cherries. Sodas and kool-ade would be fruit juices. I'm in Dallas if any woman is close.
