We can balance the sugars' thou good and bad.
half the sweets & more-natural sugar: in fruits.
thou music is good therapy, relaxing and can affect the body and mind while just doing stuff at home.

everyones body and epilepsy-typs aren't the same, genitics and age also are a big differance.
what vitamin B can do' but how-many tests have been done?
is it in our epilepsy medications already?

is there re-search that proves it's good for epilepsy?
'just a question'?
how-many of us - have asked our Doctors, if it would be okay: actually to try vitamin B for like 6 months?
and see what differances the doctor might notice from past blood-exams to that one 6-months after?

I sure agree how stress is not the main thing to cause seizures. If it was true all we would need is vitamin B to try to keep stress low. Also, plenty of times I had stress and no seizures. Another thing that causes mine is a lot of sugar and I don't have diabetes.
