I don't know if you were on the board when I had a sz last Aug.
It had been 5 years since I had one. For some dumb reason
I didn't take my meds for 2 1/2 days. I was in the hospital for a day
just to see if I could be at home alone again

I'm fine now. After that I was MC for our birthday party and decided
to tell about 80 people about my 50 years of szs. I got compliments
that I was willing to share this with them. I also gave out papers telling
them my 2 daughters names and phone numbers who live in my town
so they can be called when I am not my usual self.
