Cauliflower Cous Cous - 10.6g Carbs, 4.6g Fiber, 4.5g Sugar

1 cauliflower, finely grated in a food processor to resemble cous cous, which looks like large grains of rice

--> Curry Paste
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp curry powder
1 tsp maple syrup (not raw)
1 tsp sea salt

Combine oil, curry powder, maple syrup and sea salt in a small bowl and stir until well mixed.

Pour this mixture over the cauliflower and mix in well. Allow flavors to blend before eating.
