Re: [epilepsy] Catch 22

rsejr12345,
Since being diagnosed with epilepsy 38 years years ago,I wonder if I actually
have epilepsy or if I just had a couple of seizures that were possibly brought
on because of abuse of other drugs(beer+pot).Since being on anti-seizure
drugs,I've had seizures.Reduction of drugs reduced my seizures frequency.I
wonder if being on no medicine if seizures would just go away.Maybe that's why
drugs have never been fully therapeutic,I wonder if it's because me being on
drugs that aren't needed.

Subject: [epilepsy] Catch 22

Having epilepsy is like being trapped in a catch 22. One can take a ton
of medicine and be somewhat dysfunctional from them, or one can take
less medicine or one can take less medicine and be dysfunctional because
of the seizures and other neurological symptoms.
