Fw: [epilepsy] Re: Memory problems - age or Ep

Timothy, I think memory problems come with also taking taking your seizue drugs thru the years you have taken them, even if you do not have seizues. I average about 6 seiz. in 6
months time usually. I have complex partials and have had them for almost 20 years. Mine are stress related but not completely controlled but better than before than when thye first started. My memory is not good either and I am 61.  I can remember things years ago but short term memories are worse on certain things than others. Age makes it worse too I am
sure.    I hope this helps!  Linda

When I turned 50 my vision started to drop.In two years I thought my diminished memory was caused by meds or seizures. My memory loss was because things those things in my memory didn't look like the things I could see.So I wasn't able to remember things as quickly.Until my vision was cared for.I'm not the only person who has memory loss that's not because of epilepsy.
