The thing that works for me, for hunger, is to make sure there is plenty
of protein the *day before*. Fish, eggs, and whey protein appear to be
the proteins that affect satiety the most in the long run.
I've never had much luck with appetite suppressants in the past.
Right now I just don't get hungry generally ... after my morning cup of
coffee I feel like I just ate a meal.

Glad to hear another who uses an appetite suppressant. I Started out taking mine every day around noon when I wuld first feel hunger and then again right before eating so I wouldn't gorge. Now I only need to take it before dinner.
