[fast5] Re: Update: Using Fast 5 After Major Surgery

I'm sorry you're healing so slowly. What exactly are you eating? Do you ever drink green juices? I know it isn't everyone's cup of tea (so to speak) but when I'm ill I green juice and I from illness very quickly plus my skin absolutely GLOWS. You need to get nutrients into your cells fast - and green juicing does that. You can search "green juicing" on youtube for fantastic recipes - it's so easy.

Sometimes I green juice around noon then have my regular Fast 5 meal at dinner time. I know the juicing isn't technically a fast but in your case I believe you could make an exception for a few days. Try it for a few days, you WILL be amazed.

I also put raw honey on cuts and wounds and it aids the healing process tremendously. Best wishes to you!

I use Fast 5 to help control my allergies, although I'm not strict with the window, I do have to at least fast 15hrs for it to help. Anyway at that time I was only 5 weeks post op. I was having a lot of issues with my body rejecting the stitches and spitting it out. My iscisions just weren't healing well because of it. At least the general conscensus I got and what I felt, was well try it and see how things go.

Not tired like I wanted to sleep but just didn't have any energy. So I went back to eating breakfast for a few weeks. And out popped more stitches instantly. I've also been extremely tender still with quite a bit of pain. So this week and last I tried it again but not everyday, just a few times, and things are better. So far this week I've done it everyday. I'm still pretty sore, but some of the swelling is finally starting to go down, and my scars are actually looking pretty fantastic.
