1 10-oz box frozen, chopped spinach
1 8-oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2/3 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Thaw spinach in microwave and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before squeezing out a majority of the water with paper towels or a cheese cloth.
Add spinach, water chestnuts, Parmesan cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to food processor or blender. Process until mixture is thick and creamy.
Pop in refrigerator until ready to serve!
