Lots of great reading on Magnesium and seizures is available. An Epsom Salt
bath is even more effective than drinking it as is absorbed better.
Water (not purified) contains Magnesium, all cells in the body have
magnesium and both are critical in the brain. My main computer is down but I
have some great info there to post when its fixed on this. Magnesium Citrate
is among the most absorbable form for oral dosing either in granules to add
to drinks or tablets for those that can swallow them. Pat D.
