[fast5] Re: First Day

 

I made it to 5pm no problem my first day, and I lost 3 lbs. Very excited about this new lifestyle, it really works for me, I have never been able to stick to the eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and plan your food and track your food and eat every 3 hours, I just can't do it. this is so much easier for me and I didn't go crazy during my eating window...I feel great!

I also sucked on a sugar free hard candy for a minute then spit it out and also chewed a piece of sf gum for about a min, that helped, I know I wont need these in the future. Wish I liked tea more, it's so bitter even with non cal sweetener but I will get used to it. My mom is also starting this today, we have talked on the phone a few times to give support. She has had cancer 3 times in the past and hoping fast 5 will help it to NEVER come back.
